• September 29: 
  • Last day to receive your badge by mail (United States and Canada)
  • Venetian Expo Services deadline
  • Celebrity Appearance Application deadline
  • Let’s Tech Application deadline
• October 10: Freeman Services Orders and Labor Forms due
• October 24: Fee schedule for additional exhibitor badges beyond the complimentary allotment:
  • Now-October 24: $60/badge
  • October 25 or later: $120/badge
• October26: Direct Shipping to Venetian Expo & Convention Center begins
  • General Shipping Info
